I found this interesting as well. One of the items listed on the Dinan warranty exclude list is:
-engine damage resulting from altered boost pressure.

So if you get the flash and your engine blows it looks like you're s.o.l. Personally I have no problem with that as I firmly believe in the "pay to play" theory. However for all the people who wave the " but dinan offers a warranty" flag I would think this would be cause for concern.
