Better to lease or buy an M5?
I tend to own my cars for quite some time. Looking to upgrade to an M5 from my 2013 550 I bought back in 2012. My extended warranty ended last year so it’s time to move on.
Given all the new tech in the f90 M5 is it better to lease the car as opposed to purchase? Both my SA and CA advise to lease. However I prefer to keep the vehicle 7-8 years with the extended warranty. Even with the warranty, there’s always the headache of not having your cars for days at the shops for repairs. This leads to the reliability for the f90 M5 which I know it’s too early in its lifecycle, 2018 to present, to know. I was lucky with my f10 didn’t have much issues until year 5 and on with minor repairs which were covered by the warranty.
How many of you decided to lease vs purchase? Or vice versa?
