I'm probably in the minority, but I would actually like to see an electrified M5. Not full on EV, however the combination of ICE and Electric. Something similar to Mercedes' 53-Series AMG products could be really interesting. I would love to see BMW adopt something similar whether it be paired to a V8 or I6, I think it could be awesome and really make the M5 even better.
As great as the current S63 engine is, a change could be good, we've been seeing revisions of it since the original X5M (2010).
