I've been doing my oil changes every 5000.....I'm old school...
The PDF for the front diff says 600 ml, but the PDF for the rear diff has a 'broken' link to a table. So I have to figure out the proper volume of fluid for the rear diff. I have that special oil already for the rear. Front uses less fancy fluid. LOL.
