Assuming you mean a 2006 M Coupe, most pull the alignment pins, and take it to a shop to have the alignment done, and get around -1.4 (+/- 0.3) on the fronts. I pulled the pin and was only able to get -1.0

No real DIY information since most aren't going the alignments them self.
