I have these DKF hangers with the rubber gaskets but ZERO hardware. I got them used and they never came with anything. I used a nut and bolt with regular and rubber washers, it worked PERFECTLY. I am not sure if DKF will supply hardware but you can ask them. I don't have a set price yet but shoot me a DECENT offer and I will consider it. Will ship within the ConUS only. Cheers!
