If your getting a 135i, your getting some serious HP already. I know this is not what you were asking but, my current car is a 184 HP 325 and the Dinan software was an upgrade I enjoyed along with a drop in High performance AF.
I would recommend you wait and get the Dinan ECU flash and oil cooler upgrade when you can afford it. By then you may not feel you need it. JMHO
