Read the manual guys. It clearly states that the free maintenance program does NOT cover replacement costs for parts that need replacement prior to their normal wear and tear interval.
So, if you show up with worn out pads with 5000 miles on your car, what do you think will happen?
I'm pretty sure they would be willing to do 2 brake jobs over the 50000 miles though, maybe 3 on an M car.
