at first thought, i would think so. maint. is covered for 4/50000, doesn't say how many times during that time period, only what the car requires, i.e. oil change when cars says its needed is free. shouldn't brakes be the same.
but I probably wouldn't tell them you were at the track to be safe, just a heavy, heavy foot and normal driving lol.
