It's actually hard to get a bad meal or poor quality wine where you will be going. My family and I never planned where to eat when we went. We asked locals (hotel staff mainly) for recommendations and just picked places based on atmosphere of the restaurant. That is what I find different about eating in Italy in general. Quality food is a given, now you look for the restaurant setting, inside/outside, fish based menu, meat etc...
