this kind of reminds me of an ultrastart 2250 i installed on my last car...put the valet key in a transponder bypass unit that pulsed during the start sequence to make sure the RFID signal was present for the ignition. Seems you could install pretty much the same type starter system for this application only it would operate with a start button instead of the handheld transmitter.
