What you are suggesting makes no sense to me, which is weird since it was my suggestion.
You say you don't need the key to start the car but that's impossible, you HAVE to have the key in the ignition and communicating in order to get release for the car to be started.
I don't know what test you preformed that shows you don't need the key, but keep in mind the starter turning over does NOT mean you can start the car, you can get the starter to turn over but the car is not going to ACTUALLY start without the key in.

yes you gave me the idea, you will still need for the blade to be install on the glove box, so if you are going to a place that you really don't fell comfortable or you will leave the car overnight you can complete disable the system.
