with the dollar high, and the Bank of Canada lowering interest rates this month, 8.25 sounds a bit sick to me.

I would start to think about either a secured line, or an external leasing company. Even if they offer a couple points less in residual, you may make that up in the lower interest rate.. Probably a wash.
