It's not standard because a lot of people don't want ccb. They are prone to heat cracking after just 1 or 2 track days. They have issues with noise and scratching. And they cost like 15k or more to get replaced.
Most Porsche and corvette people swap theirs out for iron brakes. That's why Porsche is releasing a new type of ceramic brake in the cayenne to hopefully remedy some of these issues.
And it's not even like ccb are vastly superior to iron to warrant a massive price and massive cost to replace.
