That's about a 1.8% + on circumference between front and rear versus 1.1% OEM. As long as you stay within 1%+/- from OEM you should be fine.
Been running 295/30/21 & 275/30/21 on my M5C for 6k miles w/ zero issues ... this setup is also +1.8%
