1. What was the original MSRP? Two cars can be separated by $25k of options.
2. Was this a dealer trade offer? If so, you're always going to be heavily low-balled.
3. The worst depreciation happens in the first few years of ownership. You'd have to be crazy, rich, or desperate to flip a car like this after 1 year. The loss will be large, and that has nothing to do with BMW specifically.
