Mine came with Pirellis. I was happy with them but they were shot with 9,600 miles on them. I wanted something that might last longer and read the strong reviews on the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S so I got them. 12,000 miles later and the Michelins are almost done, so it's decision time. The Michelins are a little quieter and have a little softer, luxury ride. The downside is that the Michelins sidewall has a lot more flex in it and they aren't as confidence inspiring in hard cornering. I've gotten used to it but it's a negative. I may reorder the Michelins based on me prioritizing the softer ride and longer tread life. If you frequently corner aggressively you might favor the Pirellis. Either way, I definitely wouldn't take the Pirellis off and throw them out until they're shot.
