All are fun. I would rank them:
Autocross
Track
Dragstrip
You'll learn the most about you as a driver and your car at autocross, plus it's about 1/10th the cost of track time.
Track allows you to do ridiculous speeds and get that adrenaline going, as well as learning car control (though nowhere near as much as at autocross).
Dragstrip allows you the feel of bigtime racing, spectators, top fuel funny cars and dragsters are in line with you. You don't learn much about the car, but it does take skill to launch well and shift quickly.
Again, all are fun.. try each of them and make up your own mind.
