They may be the black chrome grilles from IND, but OP will have to confirm. It's different from the gloss black, and can be compared to the black chrome finish on the two-toned black wheels. As far as the M4 badging, you can always pop out the inside portion of your M3 grille and swap it with the ones shown above.
