Had a bone stock 16 z06 a8 recently and did a 93 file custom tweaked tune and did a lot of dragy runs with it. While it did very similar in 1/4 mile and 60-130 as our 19 M5 comp w/ a 93 OTS stage 1. The M5 comp is a little bit stronger, mostly do to the LC helping. haven't done a 60-130 from a roll yet with the M5 but I have a feeling its not as fast as when using LC since shifting speed in that condition is faster.

I think the LC only gives faster shifting for 0-60 but not once your past 3rd gear. A roll start also doesn't create as much heat etc.
I've done dragy on my tuned f90 and rolling always gives a faster 60-130mph than a dig by a few tenths.
It should be running faster than the c7 on the roll, let's see after you test it out what it does.
