What year D is it?

I'd like to look it up on my AllData but there could be a difference due to my system being a US car system and not a Euro spec system.

I would be willing to put my money on YES the #3 item is the throttle valve being referenced in the code you pulled.

control.

Condition for fault memory entry
Debounce (220 ms)

Action in service
Check wires and plug connections.
If wiring and plug connections are OK: Replace throttle-valve actuator.
Fault effect and breakdown warning
The error disables regeneration in the particulate filter.
