I agree 10% off seems really good. I am trying to pick up a 2019 that's on the lot and the most I am seeing with a discount to purchase is about 4% off msrp that coupled with no current finance incentives does not make for an attractive offer. Of course if I lease theres the $5K lease credit which gets close to 10% but I usually pay invoice minus any available incentives when I buy M's. Not to mention there is a ton of inventory on the West coast.
Strange that dealers are portraying that the M5 still remains some hot commodity.
