i was pretty damn pissed off when bmw made a giant scratch right across my boot, no amount of polishing was ever able tp get that scratch off

My best mate had the same thing happen at BMW Sydney, he wrote them a letter (i have copies and can post it btw), and they fixed it all up for him.
