I sense you feel the vibrations are no longer there, but still not entirely happy with the current low speed ride quality.
The obvious... you have checked/double checked the pressures?
I see you changed tyre brand, could be a bit stiffer in the sidewall. A different tyre may work better at a slightly different pressure. I'd experiment, just to see if you can sense any difference.
