Option 1: Sell mine and use the combined proceeds to get an M Roadster.
Option 2: Currently, someone on E46fanatics is selling a 330i ZHP engine for $5000, installation included. I'd get that, upgrade to M3 CSL brakes ($3000), adjustable coil-over suspension ($2000), add a hardtop ($2500), and add a TMS limited slip diff to my car's 3.46 rear end.
