My understanding is that a smaller compressor places a lower limit on the volume of air you can move, and increasing boost past a certain psi will only benefit you until the max volume of air is being moved; past that point, upping the boost is futile.
I don't know if 15psi is pushing that threshold, but I would like to see what DINAN decides on for their final product.
Regardless, a turbo is like anything else with moving parts; if you run it at its limit, it's going to go faster than one placed under less stress.
