For me it was the combination of:
1. Taking advantage of used car values for my current vehicle
2. Finding one at MSRP is the new normal, I don't see this changing
3. The value of a 1 or even a 2 year old M5 is too close to the new price. Why not buy new and not buy something someone else already beat on.
4. BMW CPO program isn't great
