Yes, when they had the car in the show room the manager was not happy with all the hand prints, so he had his detailer guy do the Ceramic Pro (top package) on the car and forgot to mention it on the advertisement nor tell me about it when we negotiated a price by email. So when I arrived they told me all about it and told me it was no charge!
I was very happy with this! They did the application on all the surfaces outside as well as the wheels and the windows. They also did the leather treatment inside as well as all the surfaces inside. It's a $2200 package. The detail guy does fantastic work.
I am actually going to have them do our Sienna when we get it! LOL.
I'll have to pay for that I am sure.
