My joy of his training this morning was explaining how touchy the controls are and how to make very small adjustments when extended out rather than being heavy handed. He learned quickly to back off the controls slowly rather than just letting them go. He about dropped to his knees in the basket extended out at about 60' when he just let go of the controls. That instant stop and the sway that follows is not for the faint of heart for beginners who are afraid of heights. I'll give him credit though, he did really well.

I trained a guy once who was a self proclaimed "pro." He failed his certification due to managing to somehow get 2 wheels off the ground at the same time. Not only did he not get certified, he got fired.
