Thanks, typically how much over the invoice do dealers usually accept?

I was hoping to get different quotes from dealers but use the dealer closest to me ( assuming he is able to match it ). Are there other drawbacks of going with a dealer who has not done lot of ED - as long as he matches the best ED price does it matter?

As I am in NJ would prefer to work with any NJ dealers. In any case I will approach the BMW of South Atlanta that you referred for a quote. Thanks again for all the info.
