I'd only run 5W50 redline. The only reason BMW uses this 0w30 is to meet epa guidelines and for fuel economy. Other than that that oil is shit. I'm willing to bet any engine running 0w30 past 15K will show bearing wear (silver or copper shiny looking shavings) after oil changes especially in your filter. And don't tell me that your bmw tech told you oil looks great bc that's a lie. Most of them don't know shit about that part and just follow bmw guidelines. Do your research on Redline 5W50 and you'll see it for yourself.
