I just talked to Vic and good news. You can definitely move the fog light wire over at the BDC and then use it for pin 1 inner, done!!
My shop ran a new 5th wire from the BDC. I will get back to you all on where on the BDC this comes from. Much easier than running a new wire or jumping. Most US cars have the fog wire sitting there doing nothing. Sure the Euro's have fogs and you can have rear fogs with the Euro lights if you want to utilize this wire for that and get a new switch, but I am guessing most of us could care less and would rather have the ease of installation.
