It appears so! The wiring did line up perfectly for the right side, but the left side I moved #5 to #4 location and both sides worked the same. Here is the break down of what works and what doesn't that I sent Vic.
"The inner brake lights do not come on with the outer brake lights, but the signals work in both directions both inner and outer, and the outer brake lights work. When I turn on the parking lights or the headlights the inner and outer come in in parking light mode. The reverse lights work correctly. Hazards work properly. There is a warning on the dash for the right and left brake light."
Edit - Just heard back from Vic, and I have to run from pin 4 of the outer to pin 1 on the inner still... operation do over tomorrow hahaha!
