Not all dealerships drill the front bracket when you first get your car. For example, the one I go to until the permanent plates come in.
Look around and decide which mounting bracket you would like and then speak with your CA to see what needs to be done to switch to that bracket instead of the default.
They shouldn't give you a hard time about it.
