it is a bit daunting the first time you open a headlight but you quickly see its not that big of a deal. key is to apply plenty of heat when putting them back together. The softer the adhesive is the better it molds when you squeeze the 2 halves. Ideally you should remove the old adhesive and replace with new stuff but i've never been able to remove enough of the old. I've never had a problem with leakage.
Did my old C55 AMG headlights and my wifes Accord. upgraded the projector in the AMG and added a projector to the Accord.
