IMHO, be happy the plug did its job and don't worry. If it really bothers you get a report done on your next oil change.
That bottom picture looks like a piece of plastic, I wouldn't be worried about that unless you find more next oil change.

Yes, happy the plug did what it was intended to. Worth the $11.95 I paid for it!
The piece pulled off the plug was definitely metal as it would get attracted back to the plug when taking it off.
