I'm sure they PSS tires are better then the Conti's but considering they only last a year or less I'm thinking I might try the less expensive ones. Also I'm not 100% certain the 295 will fit on the stock wheel.
EDIT: Added DW to the Conti tire name. I guess there are several iterations.

I had them on my old 128i with 18 inch VMR wheels. They were great in my opinion. No issues with noise and coming from run flats they were way more comfortable.
