This is the intake they used to run 10.2@136mph in the 1/4 mile with the JB4 and everything else stock and 166mph in the standing half mile. Similar to their F10 M5 intake design which has run 9s and been used in hundreds of very fast cars.
It retains the factory airbox bottom and ducting keeping temps down while removing the restrictive top half of the airbox allowing the turbos to work more efficiently. As a side effect it sound awesome. |
