Due for service at 49,500 miles...

What's the best way to get the dealer to go over your car with a fine tooth comb? I have a E93 with 49.5k miles and I know there are some things that need to be fixed. I would also like them to take a look at everything else to see what else needs to be addressed, but I can see a dealer not being willing to do something like that.

Would it help to have some Service bulletins in hand? What things should I have them look at? Any failure parts that should be addressed around this time?

Any help you guys can provide me would be excellent. Thanks!
