I've had bad luck with nails in the past... I am considering getting a full set of non-run flat tires instead of replacing just this tire.

So - anybody make this jump, did it pay off in the long term?
Plug it man! As long as it's in the tread area. Save the money. I've had a plug in a run flat tire for over a year with no problem what so ever.
Now your gonna hear all the geniuses chime in!
Good Luck
Thanks!

I *just* realized Bridgestone says you can repair an RFT as long as it hasn't been driven on under 15psi; I'm at 28 psi so I'm probably good since the nail is in the center of the tread.
