In 3rd at 50mph, the M5 is at 4130rpm and is putting 14,311 newtons to the road (750nm * 2.143 * 3.15 / 0.3537)

The E63S is at 4350rpm and is putting 17,087 newtons to the road (850nm * 2.25 * 3.06 / 0.3425)

So it should get take off quite a bit quicker than the M5. However the top of 3rd for it is 80.4mph for the E63S and 88.0mph for the M5 so when the E63s changes into 4th the M5 will be back making more torque to the road. Unfortunately that doesn't even out the initial jump the E63S got.
