You might be able to get it cheaper from ebay.

Installation took about 1.5 hours with a couple of beer breaks.

Activation at Tischer in silver spring, MD took like 20 minutes but they charged for one hour.

So total cost: $310 + 2 sam adams.

BTW...
Some others have gone without software update.
In that case, audible arm/disarm is not available,
panic button, and something else do not work. But the clown nose does work. Read the DIY for more details.
