I've personally had RD's in my car for about 3 month and the ride like other already mentioned was 10X better then stock but I did also have some bounce at higher speeds.
To be quite honest if I had to choose today between H&R Sports & RD Sport I would go with the H&R Sports due to the price difference between the two. I don't think it's worth paying double for something that's truly not noticible between the two. I've driven in a few F10's with H&R and did not feel any difference. In regards to vinfast's issue about the front drop it might be a good idea to do the switch if you don't want the drive so low off the street. That's just my 2 cents.
