Low speed bounce or softness is gone, for example, during braking and acceleration, I could make the front bounce with the stock springs by repeatedly hitting the brakes and releasing them. Also, when you accelerate from a stop with the stock springs, the front end would pop up. With the H&Rs, that's gone.

With the H&Rs, all the low speed bounce is gone.

But, at freeway speeds, the stock springs were much better balanced. With the H&Rs, when you hit dips in the freeway, the front almost feels like the struts are hitting the bump stops while the back feels almost feels too stiff. It's hard to describe without actually feeling it.

As far as the RDs go, I haven't gotten them yet, so I couldn't comment on them. I'm hoping they are in between the stock and the H&Rs.
