I'm genuinely excited to see this car materialize. Outside of the Project-i I think this is one of the most critical vehicles BMW has developed in a long time.
I just hope it's good looking. A move to FWD will offend a lot of enthusiasts, and though I don't think it will actually dent the sales too much at all, if it's ugly, I think people may still go down the the route of Merc's aggressively styled CLA, or Audi's smart (though some-what predictable) A3.
Also, I want to see this in the BTCC
RWD will be heavily regulated against soon, and I'd like to see a BMW remain on the grid...
