Don't have time to keep going back and fourth so it is what it is. The squeaking doesn't really bother me it's the grinding feel that bothers me. Like metal on metal right before coming to a stop.

My dealer basically told me that's how M performance brakes are. "Don't buy a M car if you don't want the squeal".
This is my first BMW so I don't have much leverage with the dealer, I may just have to wait for some aftermarket brake pads.
