I did. For a while it stopped, but it is now back. It doesn't do it after a wash and during certain weather.
My carbon ceramic breaks squeak after a wash but only for a few minutes
Mine were bad but I had it corrected by bmw during the 1200 service. There's no squeaking anymore.
They mentioned that they had a lot of break dust embedded that a regular wash wouldn't have gotten too.
