That’s fair and I acknowledge that. However, they can still pay someone to do it properly if they lack the time or the skill. If the knockoff product was actually high quality, that’d be different. A lot of aftermarket parts are of higher quality than OEM (not the case with these knockoff tail lights).
Reminds me of people installing spinner hubcaps instead of a whole new wheel and tire package with the actual spinner wheels.
