Dent removal access

This guy suggested that there may be access points from the rear wheel well, but that would require taking the wheel out, and removing the wheel well covers. The guy also did not recommend doing any kind of dent removal from the outside. I'm not sure it's going through THAT much trouble to get this thing fixed. But it still annoys the crap out of me everytime i see it!

I'm posting a picture of the dent in case anyone else has any ideas.
I'm not sure taking the wheel well liner out would do it, but it's only about a 15-minute job (not counting reinstallation) to find out. I'm attaching a pic from my alarm system install of the left rear wheel well with liner out.

Seems like it should be reachable by taking the rear seat side panel out?
