All Canadian cars will be going through dealer installation for MP CF parts (except MPE). You can always retrofit them.
Lip spoiler, front grills and side gills, side mirror caps are easy DIY so just purchase parts at descent price from sellers at US (if you do direct purchase from dealer they will rip you off). Get them to state the value of parts as low as $20 so that you are avoiding huge duties and taxes on the parts. Just my two cents.
